Privacy and User Control
You stay in control. Always.
MindSwift is designed to keep the user in control of personal interactions and external actions.
MindSwift does not independently decide to transmit a private conversation or send a person’s identity to HumanCore Innovations, a community organization, a trusted-resource provider or another outside organization.
External activity occurs only after the user requests, selects, approves or previously enables an action or setting. These actions may include:
- Opening a trusted resource
- Performing a location-based search
- Visiting an external website
- Opening maps or another application
- Placing a telephone call
- Sending a message
- Activating an optional voice, accessibility or awareness feature
- Enabling a scheduled check-in or another user-controlled setting
MindSwift does not automatically transmit private conversations or personally identifying information to HumanCore Innovations, community organizations or trusted-resource providers.
MindSwift’s supportive AI conversations are designed to be processed on the user’s device. HumanCore Innovations does not require MindSwift user accounts and does not collect, centrally store, sell or publish users’ private conversations, names, home addresses, telephone numbers or personal profiles.
When a user deliberately opens an external resource, search provider, mapping service, telephone function, messaging application or other third-party service, limited information necessary to complete that action may be handled by the selected provider. This may include a search phrase, a location included in the request, standard browser or network information, or information the user deliberately enters or transmits.
MindSwift does not intentionally attach a HumanCore user profile, private conversation history, name, home address or telephone number to an external action. HumanCore does not maintain such a MindSwift user profile.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, terms and technical practices.
Optional Permissions and Features
MindSwift may request optional device permissions for features such as voice navigation, location-aware resource discovery, trusted contacts, accessibility tools, calls, messages, camera functions or other user-controlled capabilities.
Permissions must be approved by the user and may be revoked through the device settings. Certain previously enabled features, such as scheduled check-ins or awareness settings, may operate according to the choices made by the user.
HumanCore Innovations does not guarantee that device manufacturers, operating-system providers, telephone carriers, search providers, mapping services, speech-service providers or other third parties will process information under the same privacy practices as MindSwift.
Users should review the applicable privacy policies and settings of their devices and any external services they choose to use.
Not Medical or Emergency Advice
MindSwift and HumanCore Innovations do not provide:
- Medical advice or treatment
- Mental health diagnoses
- Psychiatric treatment
- Psychological counseling
- Legal advice or representation
- Professional crisis intervention
- Emergency dispatch or emergency-response services
- A substitute for a licensed healthcare, mental health, legal or emergency professional
Nothing on this website or within MindSwift creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client or other licensed professional relationship.

Emergencies and Immediate Danger
MindSwift is not an emergency-response provider and cannot guarantee that it will identify, prevent or resolve an emergency.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger, is experiencing a medical emergency or requires urgent professional assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional immediately.
In the United States:
- Call 911 for an immediate emergency.

Outside the United States, contact the emergency or crisis service available in your country or region.
MindSwift may help users locate support information, but it does not dispatch emergency responders or automatically notify outside organizations unless a user intentionally initiates an available external action.
Technology and AI Limitations
MindSwift may include technology-assisted features such as:
- AI-supported conversation and navigation
- Voice interaction
- Accessibility tools
- Location-aware resource suggestions
- Trusted-resource navigation
- User-enabled awareness features
- Camera or microphone functions
- Automated or scheduled features previously enabled by the user
Artificial intelligence and automated features may misunderstand a request, produce an incomplete response, make an error or fail to identify the full seriousness of a situation.
Users should apply their own judgment and seek qualified human assistance whenever circumstances require professional, emergency, medical, legal or crisis support.
MindSwift is continually developing. Features, availability, performance and compatibility may differ by device, operating-system version, country, language or user setting.
External Links and Third-Party Services
HumanCore Innovations and MindSwift may provide access to third-party websites, organizations, search engines, maps, telephone services, messaging services, videos, live support listings or other external platforms.
The inclusion of an external resource does not automatically constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, formal partnership or verification of every service offered by that organization.
HumanCore Innovations does not own or control third-party services and is not responsible for:
- Third-party content
- Privacy or security practices
- Terms and conditions
- Professional advice or services
- Availability or continued operation
